Sorry if i am a bit thick but i cannot work out how to upload a picture on my profile,any help appreciated

I assume that you have a picture that you wish to use.

However there has to be a limit to the size of that picture, so ..

Take a copy of it and using the copy run the following link, and reduce the size to 100 x 100

To Upload it onto this site ..

User Control Panel (Cog ) / Edit Avatar / Browse to the pic / Submit.

Et voila ... but ask if there is anything that you do not understand
