So what is happening with Tess Daley then. is she clearing off as well or is she going to be doing Claudia's old job.

I think Claudia is ok.

Get rid of Tess Daley too, and get a decent bloke as Claudia's sidekick, that's what they need to do

I think it's the fairest thing to all concerned - both Tess and Claudia have been involved since the start and are I think a good choice as the two main presenters.

Would like to see Anton involved too, but a lead presenting role on a live show takes a bit of building up to I think.

Long live the fringe ;-) (sorry Jo)

That's ok DTM we can't all like the same people  I quite like Tess others aren't keen on her we're all different.

Personally I don't think either of them are strong enough presenters to front Strictly, Brucie may have been past his sell by date but he was loved by many and whilst not a particular favourite of mine I think he did an excellent job until recently, it will be interesting to see if viewing figures decline with these two doing the presenting, I can safely say I will not be watching it

I agree with DQ. Claudia will just be frivolous. I see James Jordan is getting the chop, which probably means that Ola will go too. BBC are determined to wreck the programme for male watchers.

Perhaps if you ask nicely Frank they'll keep James Jordon ;)

Hopefully Ffffffffflavia (dribble) will be returning

What? No Ola? A disarster, darling. However I hope the lovely Aliona doesn't get saddled with a no-hoper again this year. Strictly wasn't the same without her (purely from a dancing point of view of course).

I can't bear Claudia Winkleman I'm afraid. I'm the only one who watches it in this house, so as I record it and watch at my leisure I can fast forward over her and Tess.

She does always looks a bit ghoulish but I like her sense of humour.

Yes, she is quite funny - I liked her in that sewing bee programme.

I struggle with Tess Daley, she's not funny, or very entertaining at all. That's why I'd like to see Claudia do the main presenting role, and a good looking youngish man doing the interviewing.

I'm with Gill and Stephen - Claudia is funny.

She was really good on the Sewing Bee also.

I truly hope it works for them both, but, like Gill, Tess doesn't work for me. It wouldn't do for us all to like the same I suppose

Yes she was good on The Sewing Bee, it is just on 'Stric'ly' that I cant stick her. Put her on the Great British Bake Off instead of Sue whatshername!!
