Some of the roads were tricky this morning with compacted icy snow on the surface.

Came out glorious for much of the morning, but it's now been snowing heavily again for the past 45mins.

Bitterly cold here in North Derbyshire and it's been snowing for a while now - nice big flakes

A friend left at 7.10 this morning (12 miles to work) and arrived just after 11.00

we did make it up as far as Derby a couple of weeks ago but had thought that the road ended there, felt too scared to travel any further particularly as it was dark

Oh blimey MO2013 I am such a techie wally give me a sat nav and I will go into complete melt down and curl up in the corner crying. Talking of which how does everybody copy other posts into their own and answer them. I have tried it on my IPad and can't do it

what am I doing wrong??
