I've got rid of the 2lbs which Alan kindly passed on to my last week so back around the 140lbs mark.
Certainly the loss is not due to going without treats this week but more to do with more walking and we started ballroom dancing lessons.

I didn't realise ballroom could be so exhausting! We are the beginners in a group of 4 couples so once we got over the initial self consciousness

we quite enjoyed trying out the waltz, the social foxtrot and the quickstep. In the words of Eric Morecombe - we dance all the right steps but not necessarily in the right order and not in time to the music
