Anyone else on here having problems with Sky broadband / web pages very slow to open. :thumbdown:

It might be your line. Have a look at your broadband connection status on your router.

Connection status all good Bob.

Tried contacting Sky, but you've got more chance of talking to god. And what pi**es me off most is the constant going round in circles of their web site and getting nowhere.

No problems on my Sky broadband. Is it slow on every website or just some? If the former I suspect you might have a local problem.

The Sky website should normally list any known problems.

I use Sky broadband (fibre) and it is fine here.
Have you done the usual things such as turn your router off and on or tried plugging the route into the master socket and test socket to see if that helps (my broadband speed halved between the test socket and my study due to a wiring issue).

Stephen.....don't worry mate normal services will be resumed tomorrow afternoon...l've got a couple of mates who work in the technical department of Sky so asked them for a favour......that'll teach you for posting obscene pictures of keefy in compromising positions......Baaaaaa

All appears back to normal.

Must have been a glitch at their end.

I take the Sky web site problem listings with a pinch of salt, as most of the time it turns out the problem is with them or Murphy Fitzpatrick and Patrick Fitzmurphy have gone and put their digger through a cable somewhere. :roll:
