It might be your line. Have a look at your broadband connection status on your router.Stephen wrote:Anyone else on here having problems with Sky broadband / web pages very slow to open.

Re: Sky Broadband
Connection status all good Bob.
Tried contacting Sky, but you've got more chance of talking to god. And what pi**es me off most is the constant going round in circles of their web site and getting nowhere.

Re: Sky Broadband
No problems on my Sky broadband. Is it slow on every website or just some? If the former I suspect you might have a local problem.

The Sky website should normally list any known problems.towny44 wrote:No problems on my Sky broadband. Is it slow on every website or just some? If the former I suspect you might have a local problem.

Re: Sky Broadband
I use Sky broadband (fibre) and it is fine here.
Have you done the usual things such as turn your router off and on or tried plugging the route into the master socket and test socket to see if that helps (my broadband speed halved between the test socket and my study due to a wiring issue).

Re: Sky Broadband
All appears back to normal.
Must have been a glitch at their end.
I take the Sky web site problem listings with a pinch of salt, as most of the time it turns out the problem is with them or Murphy Fitzpatrick and Patrick Fitzmurphy have gone and put their digger through a cable somewhere.
