You're right there, Ann. Mostly good grace from the Leave camp but a lot of Remain supporters are still spitting bile. Bill Oddie has been having a right old rant on Twaddle saying that the "pensioner's generation" have let down the younger generation who are not old enough to vote. Apparently, his 14-year-old granddaughter is "in tears".AnnCAgain wrote:Well, I've watched more television in the run up to the referendum that at any time in history! One thing I did notice - while the Brexiteers largely allowed the Remains to speak and get their point across (bear in mind I can only comment on the programmes I saw), the Remains were so rude, interrupting and shouting over points they didn't agree with. This morning, on Facebook, there is no gloating from the winning side, but many, many posts from the losing side expressing fear and being very nasty to those that voted the other way, and using some absolutely foul language, the latter mostly from young graduates.
There are some, though, like Monty Don (sorry for calling you a "tit" yesterday!) and Richard Osman, who were loud in their support for Remain but are now saying that we need to talk to one another and all get along.
