Glad to oblige Frank. Rabbit on to your heart's content.....................Frank Manning wrote:At last some good news in the sorry saga. We are going to get someone who will work at the job and not live on soundbites or buffoonery.. as I was told after the brexit result "suck it up". So suck it up Leadsom and UKIP supporters. If UKIP and the Tory right can rabbit on about Europe for 40 years after the previous referendum result, we so called 'losers' are entitled to rabbit on now.

I pointed out elsewhere that Boeing have just signed an order, which will create 2.000 jobs over here. It was rightly pointed out that the purchase of some maritime reconnaissance aircraft may have had some bearing on that, but the Yanks could just have easily demanded that servicing could have been done over there. The fact remains, many specialised jobs are being created, the expensive infrastructure at Lossiemouth will be put to use, and the additional personnel will boost the local economy (so stick that in your sporran, McKrankie)oldbluefox wrote:
After Mr Obama told us before the referendum we would go to the back of the queue, guess what? After the referendum he says we won't!! Well dilly ding, dilly dong!! What do you make of that?

Just heard on the news when they were interviewing the "public" about Theresa May becoming PM and one woman said that as we voted to come out of the EU then Nigel Farage should be PM, two slight problems there - he is not in the Conservative Party and probably more salient he is not an MP!

Hi David...l think that's what's known as being detached from politics or as Gordon Brown would have put it .......that stupid women!!david63 wrote:It does make you wonder about some people's grasp of British politics. I remember Margaret Thatcher buying a new property while she was still PM so that was probably with her bearing in mind she wouldn't always be in Number 10.Stephen wrote:Out of interest where do outed PM's move to when the leave No 10. Do they have their own property already set up or do they get given a country pile?

presumably they still have wherever they lived before.Stephen wrote:Out of interest where do outed PM's move to when the leave No 10. Do they have their own property already set up or do they get given a country pile?
