I think what really hampered the Remain argument is that so much was presented as FACT when it was really best guess.
If they had have changed tack and presented their arguments differently, they may have achieved a different result.
The Remainers who are commenting on the articles in the Guardian are still using this language unfortunately and are making themselves look more idiotic by the day.
Of course no one really knows what the future holds.
If they did, they would be multi millionaires by now.
So to say conclusively that the economy would immediately fall off a cliff was at best badly informed.
Serious warnings of possible implications are one thing, but WW3 & the end of the world as we know it was ridiculous and definitely played in to the Brexit hands due to lack of credibility.
Remain ran a bad campaign, simple as that.
I think if there was are-run anytime soon, the majority would be even bigger as many I know voted to Remain purely based on Operation Fear.
They would now vote to leave as the sun still rises in the East.
Only time will tell as to whether the majority of voters have made the correct call.
I suspect that we have but could just as easily be wrong.
Whatever, we now have to live with it
