Cup Final? What Cup Final?

You'll never hear me say anything bad about Iheanacho. The way he passed it off the defender's legs before dispatching it into the net was pure magic. I think even he was surprised.

Should be a good final and difficult to predict the winner...... but after all this time hope we can break the hoodoo.
Fluke! You could play us a hundred times and not win more than 95 of them :(
Cheer up Quizzical. At least it wasn't 9-0.

Having lost 0:8 to Man City I don't think that is at all funny

I do!!!

I remember going to Ewood Park when Blackburn were league leaders and literally getting trounced 5 - 0.
We scored to which the retort from the terraces was "You're not singing any more!!!"

I'm still trying to decide which is worse.

Losing 0-9 or never winning the FA Cup?

;)

How about Losing 0-8, being a runner up twice in the FA Cup Final but having a Leicester City player clean your windows ? 8-)

That trumps it, especially when said Leicester City player and a Scottish international played in our last FA Cup Final

Norwich 0 Watford 1. I hope Moby that you will show your gratitude to Huddersfield for acting as a punchbag for Norwich, and obviously giving them a false sense of their superiority. :sarcasm:

We were dreadful against the Hatters, we simply didn't have a plan nor the players to cope with their style nor indeed their pitch but last night against Norwich we were magnificent

If truth be told the Canaries looked a yard off the pace due, I thought, to their well deserved promotion celebrations rather than anything the Terriers threw at them. Having said that the Terriers did do us a favour or three along the way by taking points off the teams in the play off spots so many thanks for that Towny ol' son

If we win against Millwall on Saturday I think we could join the Canaries in the promised land :D

Hope to see you in the promised land Moby.
Watford played well and deserved the win. I know Norwich can play a lot better than last night, must be the promotion has effected their play.
Don't worry, be happy

Norwich are there, Watford nearly there, if Bournemouth should win the Play Offs then all three relegate clubs from last season will immediately return to the Premier League. I think that will be the first time that had happened.

Which, if it does, will only reinforce the way the gap that the TV funding has produced is so unfairly biased in favour of the PL.

Have you seen the size of Bournemouth's financial debt for the last trading year ?

Maybe so, but their turnover will have been way more than the average championship club, and that is why it is so unfair. Spending even more than their income is just poor management, especially if they dont win their PL status back quickly.

Yes, I expect they could have put more staff out of work instead of keeping them on for their many years of loyalty ;)

I don't imagine that long serving members of staff on modest wages are the reason for their debt, nor will their sacking ease Bournemouth's financial predicament.

What’s the point of promotion/relegation if the same teams go down and back up, may as well have a super league..😂😂

Where’s my tin hat.

Much more exciting year for the fans of the top three championship sides than those just above the drop zone in the Premiere league year after year
