Says she who shagged Major. Very moral I'm sure.
They were both lonely hearts and simply came together in their hour of mutual need

Across social media I have noticed many of the Johnson fanbois trying to distance themselves from him until they see how this rides out. If he holds on they will be back in his corner accepting incredibly low standards in public life; if he resigns they will say 'I was never a fan'. As usual I think he has so little integrity or shame he will be able to ride this out ... as above he has dredged up a real doozy to distract from his inability to be honest, and it appears to be working (despite being very transparent).
Ken, regardless of the eventual outcome of the party gate tomfoolery, let me state that having been the driving force in extricating us from the EU's clutches, Boris will always be my hero and if he is forced to resign I will be very sorry indeed.
And there precisely is why many of the Bashers hate him. They may protest it's about his relaxed approach to the truth but in reality many of them were staunch Remoaners and have never forgiven him.

I'm grateful he got us out of the EU. I'm not over bothered if he goes now.

I reckon those people smugglers could make a decent living in Dover at the moment offering to take holidaymakers the other way.

At a cost of £120million just for the trial and anticipated costs of over £1.5billion per year (which is an estimate from the department of Patel (the Tory answer to Diane Abbott) ... so more likely to be well over £2billion). Johnson must be shaking that magic money tree again. It would have been cheaper to have paid the French the £54million they asked for ... but then again that would not have grabbed as many headlines.

As one commentator said (something along the lines of) 'it appears that if you are from the wrong country, the wrong religion, the wrong sex or the wrong colour you could be deported' .. maybe a bit over the top, but it does sound like something this country will be embarrassed about and apologising for in another 50 years or so. That assumes that it passes through both houses who have not yet discussed or voted on it.

I watched Skynews talking to some young guys in France from Afghanistan and they said that if they were going to be sent to Rwanda, then they might as well just go back home.
Refugees ?

I don’t really trust this government to have the competence to pull it off, but if they do, then they will be a shoe in at the next election with probably a bigger majority.

So it's OK for Harry and Meagain to "pop in" to see gran on their way somewhere else even though Harry does not feel that his security is adequate in the UK - hypocrisy at its best.

I couldn't give a damn for them but I'm pleased for the Queen she got to see her Grandson. But, since they are no longer working Royals and wish to keep a low profile with the media.....cough..... plus the security concerns, why do we need to know? Why were the media informed? I saw my Grandaughters today. Hold the front page.

Harry has turned into an entitled little brat. He can't come to his grandfathers funeral (like let's face it he wouldn't even have been in the top 20 'most important people' there) but can attend something where he can be lauded and say 'hi look at me, I am Harry and look what I am part of'.

His team may say he “inherited a security risk at birth, for life,”, but back in the real world people struggling to pay for heating, shelter and food do not have the throw away cash to help fund a multi-millionaire who thinks he is someone.

As far as I am concerned you can take him but on one condition - you do not bring him back

I was saying to Mrs B just this morning that the entire situation is a terrible shame.
I could not imagine having little contact with the kids and grandkids or my siblings.
It’s a family tragedy in my opinion which is never mentioned.
Harry has gone from the most popular Royal to the least popular in a few short years.
His children will grow up hardly knowing their grandfathers or cousins and uncles and aunties.
I understand that Megan only speaks to her mother but when she’s gone, she will literally have no family except her own.
They have made an awful mistake in my opinion.
If they wanted to quit the job, then fine.
I have no issues with that at all.
But to publicly trash their own family is almost unforgivable.
It’s just not necessary.
I think when the Queen pops off and his book is published, it will be the final nail in the coffin.

I wonder if it was a coincidence that Princess Anne was packed off on official duties to Australia.........

I had no issues if the pair of them wanted to abstain from royal duties and lead a more private life together. However it seemed they still wanted to retain the perks which royalty would have afforded them and since going to America they have hardly been out of the limelight so this idea of a more private life was merely a smokescreen.
Then we had that interview, large chunks of which have been shown to be blatant lies. I'm afraid lieing in a manner on national television which discredits your own family is pretty despicable. No time for the pair of them at all.
