Well Leek Town blew their play off semifinal despite home advantage.
You should try following Southports fortunes or lack of them.!

Not safe yet, if we lose badly to Sheff Utd on Thursday then losing to Reading on the last day could see us relegated on goal difference.

Sad video doing the rounds this morning showing Leeds players leaving the hotel and totally blanking a little lad in his replica kit faithfully waving to his heroes who are ignoring him. At one point a security guy goes and stands in front of him.
These are people who earn more in a week than a junior doctor/nurse/teacher earns in a year. Somewhere we have our priorities wrong.

That's awful, how can they just ignore their fans like that. He waved at them the least they could have done is wave back.

I understand that it’s at a totally different level, but last night was Gills player of the year awards and the fans mix socially with the players.
I’ve been to many Gillingham dos over the years and the players are expected to mingle and socialise with the fans who have bought tickets.
When big Ade Akinfenwa played his last match, he stayed behind for about two hours talking with the fans and signing autographs.
He’s a legend and greatly loved and respected at all clubs he’s played for because of his interaction with the fans.

The Terriers are now safe from relegation, and what a cracker of a goal it was to beat Sheff Utd. UTT.

Just watching Newcasrle vs Arsenal, and I know I dont have 20:20 vision, but there's no way I could see that the ball hit Zinchencos knee first.

You should be watching the National League Play Off semi-finals. They are, so far brilliant, especially the Notts County v Boreham Wood game.

Cracking match.
I’m hoping County make it through.
Proper old fashioned club with a decent ground, decent crowd and will bring a good away following.
Some of these Jonny come lately clubs only bring a few.

Thankfully MK Dongs went down.
Maybe they can continue to a double relegation.

Plymouth up as league one champions but they will probably struggle in the Championship.
Their wage bill capacity is miles off what is needed to compete.
Apparently, the average in the championship is £32million.
Plymouth have £5 million.
Having said that, they don’t run at a loss like nearly all championship sides.

I appreciate that we may be overdue to have a new Head Coach but the latest is Valérien Ismaël

We are looking forward to playing you next season but probably not as much as you will be looking forward to playing us as we are a bunch of pussycats at the moment - no fight, no aggression, just a load of prima donnas on big wages earning easy money. Looking forward to a big clear out very shortly.
It will take a big fight and a change of attitude for us to stay up. We have steadily declined over the past 18 months.

Don't give up so easy ObF. There's lots of points to play for and the Foxes goal difference is still quite good. Remember what happened in 2015 when everyone thought Leicester would go down. They some how survived, a year later........

I wish I had your optimism PTE. I have watched them against all the teams in relegation trouble and we have failed to deliver.
I accept their performance when we lose if they make a fight of it but for a long time we have been undone by careless errors in defence, sloppy play in midfield, foolhardy back passes and have been repeatedly punished. We have carelessly given points away. Southampton took six points off us. On too many occasions we have lost goals in the final five minutes, more points literally given away.
We have a team of current internationals but anyone watching would think they had never played together before and every week I watch other teams quickly transition from defence to attack with one touch football and carve through our half hearted defence.
We deserve to go down and forget the slow, ponderous possession football which only serves to allow our opponents to get back and get organised. We are pretty woeful at the moment Paul and I cannot see where the points will be coming from in the current climate.
On a more positive note I should now be able to get a ticket to watch them once all the glory boys move on.

In short,.........
I would rather see my team competing in some exciting matches in the Championship than some of the turgid rubbish they have been putting out in the Prem.
I think I told Mob that last year and I do believe it.

But you don't want to be struggling at the bottom of the Championship worrying about relegation to league one.
